Refined Exchange & Buyback Policy

1. Gold-to-Platinum Exchanges
We accept the exchange of gold items for platinum pieces.

2. 7-Day Privilege Window Take up to 7 days to inspect your piece.
If you wish to exchange it for another creation or return it, we apply a transparent 10% deduction on the metal weight value, alongside standard processing adjustments for labor and melting wastage.

3. Authentication Required To ensure a seamless experience.
All exchange, buyback, or service requests must be accompanied by your original Eterno invoice and  product certificates for Eterno products. 

 Return & Valuation Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns on Eterno's pieces credited back to Eterno are valued at 95% of the current day's metal rate, adjusted for labor and melting wastage.

2. Refund Timeline Once approved.

Refunds are processed securely and credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping and delivery 

Ready-to-Wear (Off-the-Counter) Pieces For curated selections available off the counter, please allow 15 to 25 business days for delivery, which includes meticulous final checks and secure transit.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Creations Crafted exclusively for you, custom and made-to-order pieces require 20 to 35 business days from conception to delivery, accounting for artisanal production and specialized craftsmanship.
